First introductory meeting between VEZILKA & Sweden AI Factory

On September 11th, members from our VEZILKA project team met with Ana Tanevska PhD, a coordinator at Sweden AI Factory that is working as Training Lead and Trustworthy AI expert.

Sweden AI Factory, as part of the EU’s AI Factories initiative, offers access to AI-optimised supercomputers and services such as training and support to SMEs, startups, researchers and government agencies. Their goal is to advance innovation, boost the adoption of AI and make Europe a leading AI continent. The Factory has four focus areas which are of strategic importance to Sweden: life sciences, materials science, autonomous systems and the gaming industry.

The meeting included a presentation of the Sweden AI Factory’s mission, its training program and support services and the potential avenues for collaboration with other members of the AI Factories+Antennas (AIFs+As) network, especially as planned in the CoopAIFA project. Members of the VEZILKA project presented their current activities and an extensive joint discussion took place as to an exchange of knowledge and ideas, as well as establish an active and long-term research partnership.
