VEZILKA Connects with Armenia’s AI Community

Professor Anastas Mishev from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje delivered a seminar hosted by the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems, National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (IIAP NAS RA) in Yerevan, focused on advancing regional collaboration in artificial intelligence and innovation.

Professor Mishev delivered an insightful presentation entitled “VEZILKA: The North Macedonian AI Factory Antenna as a Key Enabler in the Innovation Ecosystem,” highlighting the strategic role of AI infrastructure in accelerating research, technology transfer, and innovation capacity across the region.

The seminar was followed by productive discussions between the teams on opportunities for future cooperation. By combining complementary expertise and strengthening institutional partnerships, we aim to contribute to the development of a more connected and resilient regional AI ecosystem.
