VEZILKA at ICT Innovations 2026

On 27 September 2026, VEZILKA will take part in the 18th International Conference ICT Innovations 2026 in Struga with a dedicated workshop focused on the development of artificial intelligence technologies for the Macedonian language.

The workshop, “VEZILKA and Macedonian AI: Language Models, Technologies and Applications,” will present different parts of the process behind building AI for Macedonian — from the collection and processing of language data to the development and deployment of language models and practical AI applications.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about VEZILKA’s work on speech recognition, language data, OCR, language models and local AI infrastructure, as well as practical applications such as AI in education. Together, these activities contribute to VEZILKA’s broader goal of strengthening national AI capabilities and supporting the development of AI technologies for the Macedonian language.
